Intermediate Level (you will need to know how to use a rotary cutter and how to insert a zip.)
Join the very talented Amie Freemantle @ Sew Much Havoc and learn how to make her stunning bar purse with it's multiple zip compartments and pockets that are perfect for holding all your cards, money and even the perfect size for your mobile phone. It's beautifully made and is finished off with a classy bar clasp that makes it look shop brought! A perfect gift for that someone special or simply make lots for yourself!
You will learn how to:
- How to efficiently cut your fabrics and utilise directional prints
- How to apply and use a variety of interfacings and stabilisers
- How to insert a zip
- How to insert the bar clasp

There will also be a range of haberdashery supplies for you to use in the workshop.
Please bring along your sewing machine, if you don’t have one no problem we can provide one but please let firstname.lastname@example.org know in advance. If bringing your own sewing machine please can we ask that you also bring along the manual. If you wish to borrow a sewing machine or sewing machine accessories there will be a returnable £10 cash deposit to be paid at the beginning of the workshop.
